Welcome to Foxen Property Management

My first company, Profit Plus, provided 30 years of bookkeeping and accounting services for many types of businesses. During this time, I had two clients that gave me the opportunity to become involved in property management. One client, I ran the accounting department for a major property management company in Fresno. The second client I not only did all the accounting for apartment complexes and shopping centers but got more involved with tenants and their day to day issues.

This involvement led me to obtain my real estate license and four years later my broker’s license.

Over the years, I have had clients ask me if I provided any property management services. Always looking for new challenges, I finally decided to open Foxen Property Management alongside my real estate business.

I’m excited to offer another choice for owners of property rentals.
